Our client is a reputable building and facilities management company with a good presence across Sydney. They are committed to delivering high-quality services to residential and commercial properties.


Your New Role

You will oversee the daily operations of a residential property. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. You will act as the primary liaison between the strata committee, residents, and contractors.


Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to emails, calls and general administration tasks
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call roster with Head Office support for after-hours emergencies
  • Assist with day-to-day building management
  • Handle building-related complaints and provide initial resolution
  • Conduct routine building inspections and ensure by-law compliance
  • Coordinate and track preventive and reactive maintenance
  • Maintain records, schedules and prepare basic daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, owners, contractors and internal teams


Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), MYBOS, PDF editing and similar systems
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Sound knowledge of WHS requirements, and highly organised with strong attention to detail
