A reputable local property management company with a strong reputation and a supportive team is seeking a Property Manager Assistant due to business expansion.
Your New Role
As a Property Manager Assistant, you will support the Property Manager with day-to-day leasing and property management tasks, ensuring high-quality client service.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with daily leasing tasks, including tenant communication, rent follow-up, and maintenance coordination.
- Coordinate property inspections, routine checks, and prepare reports.
- Support the preparation, renewal, and filing of lease agreements and related documents.
- Liaise with third-party maintenance suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Maintain tenant relationships and promptly respond to inquiries and requests.
- Assist with billing, expense claims, and system data entry.
- Perform other support tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements
- Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred.
- Knowledge of Australian rental regulations and processes preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Valid drivers licence preferred.
