Your New Role

We are seeking a Payments Specialist to manage the end-to-end payment flow, including deposits, withdrawals, and transaction monitoring. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that all payment operations are secure, compliant, and efficient.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise full payment processes including deposits and withdrawals
  • Act as the liaison between Finance, Tech, CX teams, and external PSPs
  • Handle client payment enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and improve transaction processing success rates
  • Detect and escalate suspicious activity in line with fraud and AML protocols
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and privacy standards
  • Contribute to PSP onboarding, webinars, and process improvement projects
  • Analyse trends and report insights to internal stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed operational KPIs
  • Support projects to enhance service quality and operational excellence


Job Requirements

  • Strong background in payments operations, transaction monitoring, or fraud detection
  • Experience in financial services, trading, or banking is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (English required, Mandarin fluency a major plus)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment
  • Comfortable with bespoke and integrated systems
  • Ability to work onsite in Sydney, Monday to Friday
  • Proactive, logical thinker with a growth mindset and adaptability
