Our client is a publicly listed, international manufacturer and a recognised leader in architectural and outdoor performance materials. Its sunshading fabrics and architectural membrane products are widely sold globally, trusted across building, outdoor shading and tent/membrane structure applications. The company is now expanding its Australian operations and growing its Sydney-based sales team.
Your New Role
You will be responsible for business development and account management across Australia, building long-term customer partnerships and growing market share.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow key accounts
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical/product guidance
- Support customers with timely follow-up, quotes, and after-sales service
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to drive market growth
- Maintain pipeline activity and achieve sales targets
Job Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience in building materials / architectural products / outdoor solutions / related sectors
- Target-driven, commercially minded, self-motivated
- Ability to explain product features and value clearly
- Distributor / multi-channel sales experience is a plus
- Retail sales background considered if strong BD capability
- Fluent written and verbal English is essential. Mandarin speaking skills are highly regarded, but not required.
