Our client is a reputable and fast-growing property development group with a strong portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects across Australia. 


Your New Role

As the Sales Manager, NSW, you will lead off-the-plan project sales, balancing strategic oversight with active client engagement while overseeing the end-to-end sales journey from presentation through to settlement.


Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for off-the-plan residential and mixed-use projects in Sydney
  • Host and guide prospective buyers through project tours, display suites, and local site visits
  • Deliver engaging project presentations and provide professional consultation to clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and marketing partners to maximise sales outcomes
  • Prepare and present regular sales activity and performance reports
  • Provide feedback and market insights to management to support continuous improvement


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential property or off-the-plan sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused with strong cultural awareness and professionalism
  • Well-organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
  • Fluent English; Mandarin highly desirable
  • NSW Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2) and valid drivers licence
  • Solid understanding of the Sydney property market
  • Full Australian working rights
