Your New Role
As the Sales Manager, NSW, you will lead off-the-plan project sales, balancing strategic oversight with active client engagement while overseeing the end-to-end sales journey from presentation through to settlement.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales for off-the-plan residential and mixed-use projects in Sydney
- Host and guide prospective buyers through project tours, display suites, and local site visits
- Deliver engaging project presentations and provide professional consultation to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and marketing partners to maximise sales outcomes
- Prepare and present regular sales activity and performance reports
- Provide feedback and market insights to management to support continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in residential property or off-the-plan sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Customer-focused with strong cultural awareness and professionalism
- Well-organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Fluent English; Mandarin highly desirable
- NSW Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2) and valid drivers licence
- Solid understanding of the Sydney property market
- Full Australian working rights
