Senior Property Manager / Future Department Head
Job Description:
Senior Property Manager | Inner East | $110K+
Imagine stepping into a role where the portfolio is clean, the systems actually work, and you're supported by a team that lets you focus on what you do best.
- No constant firefighting.
- No running around for inspections.
- Just strong relationships, clear structure, and leadership that trusts your judgement.
The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established real estate agency in Melbournes inner east, known for its premium reputation, stable team and supportive culture — a place where people genuinely stay long-term.
Youll oversee a well-maintained residential portfolio of around 160 properties, supported by dedicated leasing and administration staff. The structure is already in place, allowing you to focus on portfolio performance, client relationships and high-level decision-making rather than day-to-day admin.
Your Role
This is a true Senior Property Manager position — focused on ownership, relationships and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships at a senior level
- Overseeing maintenance, arrears and compliance workflows
- Handling escalations and complex matters with confidence
- Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
- Preparing for and attending tribunal when required
- Working closely with a structured team including leasing and admin support
No ingoings.
No outgoings.
No routines.
Monday to Friday only — designed for experienced PMs who want structure, not chaos.
About You
- 4+ years experience in Property Management
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate or full licence
- Confident managing portfolios independently
