Our client is a fast-growing and highly reputable importer and wholesaler of aftermarket automotive parts. With warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland, and a broad product range covering family vehicles, commercial fleets and 4WD segments, and a customer base across Australia and international markets.


Your New Role

You will drive sales growth by winning new business, growing existing accounts, and building strong client relationships across the automotive aftermarket sector, while consistently achieving targets.


Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through new business development and account expansion
  • Manage key clients and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare quotes, proposals and presentations; negotiate commercial terms
  • Maintain strong product, pricing and market knowledge
  • Identify market gaps, new opportunities and support new product ideas
  • Track pipeline performance and report results regularly
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with company policies


Job Requirements

  • Experience in business development, account management or internal sales, ideally within automotive or industrial trade sectors.
  • Good commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Positive, self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Current QLD drivers licence (essential)
