Your New Role

As the Finance Manager, you will lead end-to-end financial management, driving reporting, compliance and project finance while partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic commercial insights.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company‘s financial strategy, risk control framework, budgeting processes, and financial reporting systems.
• Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all accounting activities.
• Establish and improve financial policies, systems, and internal controls to identify risks and enhance financial efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance across BAS, GST, ITR and other obligations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure a smooth and compliant audit process.
• Maintain strong working relationships with external partners.
• Monitor project-level financials, including cost control, budgeting, cash-flow utilisation, and project receivables.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/CPA/ACCA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in Australia
• Experience in property development, construction, or related sectors will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of audit processes, compliance, and financial reporting standards
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
