Your New Company

Our client is a well-established property development company with the backing of a listed parent group, delivering high-quality residential projects in Sydney.


Your New Role

You will work coordinate with external agencies on new project launches, maitain up-to-date sales materials and support our project marketing activities.

There are no sales KPIs, and you do not need to close deals.


Job Responsibilities

  • Update project price lists, stock availability, and sales materials.
  • Handle buyer enquiries and maintain leads and sales progress in the CRM.
  • Assist with EOI, contract, and settlement documentation.
  • Communicate project updates and stock changes with external sales agents.
  • Manage updates on the project website and property listing platforms.
  • Prepare or coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, EDMs, and social posts.
  • Support project launch events, open days, and marketing activities.


Job Requirements

  • Experience in property project marketing, real estate sales admin, or project coordination (ideal from agencies or developers)
  • Comfortable coordinating with channel agencies
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English
